About us

A practising firm that also teaches.

Expert Advisory files the returns, drafts the resolutions and signs the accounts. The courses exist because people kept asking how we do it.

How we work

Three commitments

Taught by practitioners

The person teaching filed one this week

Every course is led by someone who does the work in practice, not a full-time trainer working from a syllabus. When a rule changed last month, they already know.

Live, not evergreen

A timetable you can plan around

Recorded courses are cheap to produce and easy to abandon. A scheduled cohort with a real instructor answering real questions is harder to run, and it finishes.

Yours afterwards

Recordings and working papers you keep

Sessions are recorded the same day and the templates come with them. Access does not expire, so the material is still there when a client actually needs it.

In our words

How we think about it

Why we teach

The classroom keeps the practice honest

Explaining a rule to a room of people is the fastest way to find out if you actually understand it. Teaching isn't a side project here — it sharpens the work itself.

What we publish

Only what we'd hand a client

Every worksheet and template started as something used on an actual engagement. Nothing is written for the course that wasn't first written for the work.

What we won't do

No filler, no recycled slides

A syllabus padded with theory is easy to write and useless in practice. If a topic doesn't come up in real filings, it doesn't get a lecture.

On the record

What past cohorts say

I'd been filing VAT returns for three years and still learned things I'd been getting wrong. The reconciliation session alone paid for the course.

Sita Sharma

Finance Manager, Himalaya Traders

Practical rather than theoretical. The templates went straight into our workflow the same week.

Rajesh Thapa

Partner, Thapa & Associates

Being able to rewatch the recordings mattered — I went back over the MOA drafting session three times before a client meeting.

Anita Gurung

Semi-qualified Accountant

The instructors clearly do this work every day. Questions got real answers, not textbook ones.
